By accessing or using TryonGo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TryonGo is an AI-powered virtual try-on application that allows users to visualize how clothing items would look on them. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate images based on user-uploaded photos and selected garments.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. User Content

4.1 Your Rights

You retain ownership of the photos you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant TryonGo a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing the virtual try-on service.

4.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Contains nudity or sexually explicit material
  • Depicts minors
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech or promotes violence
  • Is illegal or promotes illegal activities
  • Impersonates another person without consent

5. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated images are approximations and may not be perfectly accurate
  • Results may vary based on input image quality and other factors
  • Generated images are for personal use and visualization purposes only
  • You will not use generated images to deceive or mislead others
  • TryonGo is not responsible for purchasing decisions based on generated images

6. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Some features require a paid subscription
  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are subject to platform policies (Apple/Google)
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice
  • Credits do not carry over between billing periods unless specified

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service
  • Resell or redistribute generated images commercially
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content
  • Circumvent usage limits or security measures

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), is owned by TryonGo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

9. LinkTry™ Feature

The LinkTry™ feature extracts product information from third-party shopping websites. TryonGo is not affiliated with these retailers. Product information and images remain the property of their respective owners. TryonGo does not guarantee the accuracy of extracted product data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE. USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRYONGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PURCHASING DECISIONS BASED ON GENERATED IMAGES.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
